In our effort to make IAP Pediatric software better as per feedback Ist update is ready .Shortly 2^nd update will be available. The users don’t have to pay extra for update if they are original users. Also remember IAP Drug Formulary can be automatically integrated with this.

Father’s, Mother’s & expected height of the child at 18 years gets stored with the patient’s data.

• Facility added to store Pin code no in address. Blood group of father, mother & child in patient details.

• New Search criteria added on search patient screen in other Criteria. Patient can be searched by Pin Code, Blood Group of Father, Mother, Child, Tel No, and Mobile No., search patient records by date of birth. Search patient’s delivery type, term, birth place & S.E. Class.

• Area & Remark in patient details of the patient will be displayed on main screen. Name of few buttons on main screen modified to solve confusion in the meaning of those buttons. Following are the list of those buttons.

‘New to ‘New Case’, ‘Select’ to ‘Search’, ‘Check’ to ‘Past Visits’.

• Weight, Height & Head Circumference data range on pop up screen increased to accommodate 0 to 18 years age of patient.

Improved speed of vaccine schedule generation.

• Facility added to search vaccine purchase by Dates, Name of vaccine & Make of vaccine. Once vaccine is completely used, it will be removed automatically from the list. User can view vaccine balance stock by clicking on ‘View Stock’ records in the list. User can delete vaccine purchase entry even after having used vaccine from that purchase entry (In earlier version it has blocked).

      In Patient data analysis new age group criteria added. These age group criteria can be clubbed with any other criteria like Diagnosis, Investigation, Medicine & Drug Group.

Patient’s data of different age group can be analyzed between any to dates with this facility.

• Separate print setups for Rx print, Receipt print & Discharge Summary print.

With this facility User has flexibility to use different size for paper Rx, Receipt & discharge summary print.

• Rx can be customized further by removing horizontal lines from the Rx print on print setup if user wishes.
• Line spacing between medicines in Rx print can be adjusted by user.

User can increase or decrease spacing between medicines printed on Rx.

• Top margin of ‘Doctor Name’ printed on Rx can be changed by users.

User can increase or decrease top of ‘Doctor Name’ printed on Rx.

• Facility added to shortlist Medicine Instruction for easy search of any instruction.

• Facility added to shortlist Standard Rx by standard Rx Name for easy search.

• Facility added to view patient last visit date & any remark in patient details. This facility will help to users for case renewal & proper fees collection.
• Pending amount reminder will popup on selection of patient’s case if any.

• Birthday reminders list with telephone no, mobile no & address given on reception menu so that they can wish patients on their birthday.

We have tested the software on a few users’ data. Some of these users have patients’ data more then 36000 patients (data of 6 to 7 years).

• Solved bug on ‘Clinical Note’ template screen. Now the forth column data (for frequency & duration) can be used & added in clinical note section.
